No purchase is needed to spin or to win. Standard entry costs you nothing.
Open to South African residents aged 18 or older. Our staff and their immediate families may not win prizes. You enter in your own name.
The promotion runs on an ongoing monthly basis until we close it. Spins reset on the 1st of each calendar month. You get one spin per person per calendar month.
Scan the code, tap spin, and register your name and email to claim. Every prize is decided at random by our system at the moment you spin — never by your phone. The wheel simply shows the result. Current prizes and their odds are shown on the prize page and may change month to month; the odds in force are always the ones published at the time you spin.
You will receive a unique prize code on screen and by email. Every code:
• is single-use and non-transferable — one use, by you;
• becomes valid 24 hours after you win and expires on the date shown — use it within that window or it falls away;
• cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given;
• is redeemed in person at a participating park (the one shown on the code), one per visit, and cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or discount;
• is subject to availability and monthly limits — if a prize reaches its limit it is removed and you receive the alternative shown.
How each type works: free jump-time is redeemed as your park entry. Discount vouchers (for example R50 off a ticket or R500 off a party) are applied against your booking. Food and drink treats (for example popcorn or slush) are promotional vouchers, not cash prizes, redeemed with a paid jump session at the kiosk. Some prizes are valid midweek or off-peak only, as stated on the prize and in your email.
What these mean: Off-peak = weekdays during school term, and weekends before 11:00. Peak = weekends from 11:00, plus public and school holidays. Midweek = Monday to Thursday.
Show your code in person at a participating venue (be.UP Cresta, be.UP Gateway and be.UP Waterfront), at the brand shown on the code. It is accepted once and within the dates on the code, one per visit, and cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher. We may refuse any code that is expired, already used, invalid, or that has been copied, photographed or screenshotted for re-use, resold, or that we reasonably believe is being abused.
We use your name and email to deliver and administer your prize — this needs no marketing consent. We only send you offers, event news or spin reminders if you have separately chosen to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. Where you give a child’s birthday month, you confirm you are the parent or guardian and consent to us using it for that purpose. We keep competition records as required by law and otherwise handle your data per our Privacy Policy. Data queries: our Information Officer, Damon Walmsley.
We may amend, suspend or end the promotion, and may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe involves fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, tampering or automated play.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the promotion, a prize, or a code that cannot be delivered for reasons outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you cannot lawfully waive under the Consumer Protection Act.
These rules are governed by South African law, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town.
